Self-Exclusion and Cooling-Off Eligibility

Any player aged 18 or above who holds a verified fr333 account is eligible to activate deposit limits, time-out periods, or self-exclusion. Withdrawal Holds and Reviews

fr333 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal pending completion of a verification review. This may occur when: the withdrawal amount exceeds a risk threshold defined by fr333's compliance policy; the account has not previously completed full KYC verification; or unusual activity patterns have been detected on the account. Holds applied for verification purposes do not affect the player's ultimate entitlement to their funds, provided the account is found to be in good standing following the review.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed for accounts that are under active investigation for breach of these Terms, accounts subject to a dispute, or accounts holding balances that originated from a reversed or disputed deposit transaction.

If a technical fault originating from fr333's infrastructure causes a game to display an incorrect outcome or prevents a game from completing normally, fr333 will investigate the incident and, where the fault is confirmed, will void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's wallet.

Malfunctions Void All Pays

In the event of a software malfunction, display error, or communication failure that produces an erroneous result or win amount that is clearly inconsistent with the game's published pay table or the stated wager, fr333 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the original stake. Players may not claim winnings arising from a manifest error. A manifest error includes, without limitation, a displayed jackpot or win amount that is mathematically impossible given the player's stake and the game's maximum payout multiplier.

Prohibited Gameplay Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms: use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that places bets without real-time human input; exploiting software bugs or game errors to generate winnings above mathematically expected outcomes; collusion with other players or with dealers in live casino games; and any form of advantage play that exploits a platform error rather than genuine skill or knowledge.

fr333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder is confirmed or reasonably suspected to be under 18 years of age.
• A regulatory requirement, court order, or lawful instruction from a competent authority requires the account to be suspended or closed.

• The account holder has activated a self-exclusion of a specified duration.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months and the account balance is zero.

Voluntary Account Closure

Any player wishing to close their fr333 account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request. Upon receiving a closure request, fr333 will process any pending withdrawals of available balances to the account holder's verified payment destination, and then close the account within two business days. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon written request, subject to fr333's standard re-verification process, unless the account was originally closed following a self-exclusion activation — in which case the re-opening policy described in the Eligibility section above applies.

Balance Treatment on Closure

When an account is closed for breach of these Terms, fr333 applies the following balance treatment: real-money deposits that have not been wagered are returned to the source payment method where technically feasible; bonus funds and any winnings derived wholly or partially from bonus funds are forfeited; winnings generated through confirmed prohibited conduct (including but not limited to bonus abuse, fraud, or use of automated betting tools) are forfeited in their entirety regardless of the proportion attributable to real-money stakes.

Where an account is closed voluntarily or for a reason unrelated to a breach of these Terms, the full available balance (excluding active bonus funds not yet meeting the wagering threshold) is paid out to the verified payment destination on file.

fr333 may amend, supplement, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: changes in applicable law or regulation, updates to the platform's product offering, changes in payment methods, or revisions to the responsible gaming framework. Amendments take effect from the date on which the revised Terms are published on this page. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Where a proposed amendment materially affects a player's rights or obligations — for example, a change to the withdrawal fee structure, a change to the wagering requirements applicable to existing bonus balances, or a change to the self-exclusion policy — fr333 will provide a minimum of seven days' advance notice by email to the address registered on the affected accounts before the amendment takes effect.

For all other amendments (including editorial clarifications, corrections to typographical errors, additions of new game categories, and updates to the list of accepted payment methods), no advance notice period is required and the revised Terms take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the fr333 platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and request voluntary account closure in accordance with the Account Suspension & Closure section above. fr333 will process your balance as set out in that section and will not penalise you for choosing to close your account in response to a Terms amendment.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any promotion-specific terms published on fr333 and the platform's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between fr333 and the player with respect to the player's use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, negotiations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
